The release is set to coincide with (and named after) the Alzheimer’s Association’s annual ‘The Longest Day’ fundraising campaign. Other tracks on the compilation include New Order’s extended mix of ‘Nothing But A Fool’, making it available on vinyl for the first time, and Hayden Thorpe and Jon Hopkins’ cover of Q Lazzarus’s ‘Goodbye Horses’, which has been out of print for several years.
